Is this a repost? I feel like the beginning bits add a dimension that wasn't there when this was just the Oscar thing and it makes Colin a lot more sympathetic (at least for me). Love your prose, as always and adore the GMK mention, though I feel so bad for her and hope she's happy in this world you've created.
