I've just realised, carrying on a comment conversation with Anya in response to her rec of this, that I've committed the cardinal sin of commenting on your fic there before doing it here. So, first, here in part is what I wrote there:
I had a hard time reading [Before the Children] (and of course I had to go back and refresh my memory of the first two before I started it); as you say, it's not "my" Ianto. Still, Nick's work is always so beautifully written - and compelling even if I have a very different worldview.
Yes, that's me being conflicted. Your stories do that to me a lot. (Why do I think you might consider that a compliment?) But I have to echo the comment of mcparrot above. Well, all except the Whoville part.
